delivered with the intent to defraud and the dishonoured cheques and all other
available information relating to the incident may be submitted for the
issuance of a criminal warrant or citation or to the prosecutor for criminal
prosecution. As a matter of practice, all returned cheques are turned over to a
professional collection agency for processing.

it is very hard to precisely estimate shipping costs online. However, since we
have arranged for lowest shipping rates with various carriers and forwarders,
we make sure to use the lowest cost carrier whatever your order.
To receive your order, you must provide a
complete and valid mailing address. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO
addresses. All packages are signature required.
Most orders ship out from Preciousthingsnmore.com take within 2-4 weeks. In the event your order cannot
be shipped you will be contacted immediately by email and informed the reason
for the delay. Your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise has
been shipped.

How Do I Return a Purchase?
Preciousthingsnmore.com is dedicated to your full satisfaction. All porcelain
dolls are excluded from these conditions. If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with your purchase, you return it within 14 days for a refund or
an exchange.
Returned items must be in unused
condition. Preciousthingsnmore.com will not accept a return of any item with scratches,
marks, blemishes, signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; or signs
of alterations.

Damaged Products
Preciousthingsnmore.com wants to ensure customer satisfaction. In the event
of receiving damaged merchandise, you must contact preciousthingsnmore.com. The
product must be returned with all its original documentation and packaging
(including price tag), along with a sales receipt. Once we have received and
verified the merchandise, your new product will be shipped to you. In the event
a package is lost through a courier company, we only compensate the amount that
they give us minus the shipping or insurance cost. If at anytime you wish to
use your own courier company telephone us and indicate which company.
When Can I Exchange a Purchase?
In the case of damaged merchandise, Preciousthingsnmore.com will replace your purchase at once. The steps to
follow are the same as for returns.
Order and Pre-Order Policy
Once an order is placed, it is processed.
Any cancellation will be charged a 20% fee to cover the costs involved with
processing the order and a store credit will be issued for the remainder. A
Pre-Order account will be set up for anyone ordering new release products that
are not ready to be shipped from the factory and/or a product that is not in
stock and must be ordered from the factory. When merchandise are
Pre-Ordered
it
represents a commitment between our company and the customer to purchase that
product when it arrives from the artist or manufacturing company. In order to
reserve a particular product, payment in full is required. When the pre-ordered
product arrives from the artist or company, it is immediately shipped to the
customer without delay. Pre-order is not layaway. Please be sure that you want
the products or items before you place a regular order or a pre-order.
International Countries out side of North
America excluding Mexico you must inquire about shipping. We currently offer
UPS for international countries.
